In reply templates - there is now an 'edit HTML' button. Great, thank you.
I need to embed an image into the reply template. The reason is one of our customers requires us to send a first page that contains their logo.
My problem is I can't get the the image to embed correctly in Service Desk. If I go to any online HTML editor everything looks great (https://html5-editor.net/). But, when copying and pasting same code in the EDIT HTML button does not render the image. Here's the really weird part - it first renders the image just fine in servicedesk!!! Only when I click on the save button does the image disappear.
I believe this rendered the image before the last update (v11121).
I attached the HTML code. PLease let me know what I have to change to get the embedded image to show. If there is a different way to get an image in to a reply template that would be fine also.
Please take the attached code and go into a reply template and edit html and add in my code - you will see that it renders the 'Caer PLus' Logo just fine - until you click save.
