Resource - What Group has Access?
We have groups and users are part of groups. When I get asked who has access to a resource, I cannot just click on a resource and know this information. 1. If I click the resource, it does not show what group the resource is associated with. 2. If I click Resource Actions > Share with Users/User Groups, it doesn't show that the resource is shared with any group. (Because its not shared) The only way I know what group the resource is associated with is by going to Groups > click the Associate

Technicians cannot navigate between tabs within the "Modify User Properties" window
Almost all of our agents have recently lost the ability to navigate between tabs after clicking into user's "Modify user properties" window. When they click on any tab (Account, Contact, Exchange, etc) nothing happens and the screen does not change. This is the same across any browser, after all browser resets/cache clear/etc. This started after a failed install of the latest version of ADM+, so we are still currently on 7056. Can't edit possword policy
I can't edit the password policy "Offline Password File" This policy was used in the past to save offline passwords for which we don't have direct control of. Since we ran updates on our PMP system the policy seems to have changed. The policy rules now often conflict with the policy rules from which the passwords we are trying to save are derived and I don't appear to have the ability to edit the policy to relax the length and complexity rules.

"Save and Send" Option and Group Notifications in Announcements
Hello, I had an idea that could be useful for Announcements within ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. Normally if you make an edit to an existing announcement, the "Email Users" field is cleared out meaning you would need to re-enter in the email addresses every time you make an edit. My proposal would be to have this field stay populated with the email address that was entered the first time and create a button that says "Save and Send" as an update option. This way you could resend the email notification

Some old patches as "Not approved" and no option to "Approve" them
Hi, I have noticed that after scanning our network looking for vulnerabilities, there are some KB patches that need to be applied. Looking for those patches in Desktop Central, I can see they are "Not approved" although we have "automatically approve all patches" option enabled. Also I can not select those patches to mark them as "approved". They are listed in the "Supported Patches" section, not in the "Applicable Patches" section. MS SQL Monitoring not working correctly on named instances
Afternoon All, We've an applications Manager monitoring several SQL servers. Whenever the Monitor has the option "Connect using Named Instance" (See SQL-1.png attached) the monitor will be unavailable most of the time, only being shown as available for 5 minutes or so (see SQL-2.png attached). I don't think this is the servers themselves as my screenshot includes multiple servers with both named and default instances on it and only the default non-named instances work fine. Anybody have any ideas?

Hello Everyone. Have been using patch manager plus for a few months now, but today i find that whilst trying to push the agent out to a few computers in SOM i now get the following error. The system cannot find the file specified. I then tried to uninstall the agent on one of the computers that already had the agent and im having the same issue.
