I want to add end users in the SLA escalation field instead of Technicians

I want to add end users in the SLA escalation field instead of Technicians

HI,

Is there any way to add an end users in the SLA escalation filed of Incident and Service Request? Right now only Technicians is possible. 

If any script is available for that please let me know.
