Enhancements to Solutions
I would like to suggest a few enhancements to the Solution creation screen in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud(SDPC).
- Ability to expand the text window
- It's REALLY annoying and difficult to draft a solution within SDPC because of the fixed size of the text box
- Insert Headers and sections in the Solution(basically auto font and size for visually delineating Sections and subsections
- Table of Contents within a solution that auto updates based on the Headers you use so that you can easily skip down to a sub section within a solution
- Relationship linking of Solutions to each other
- Just like you can link Service Requests to Purchase Requests, I want to be able to link a Solution to another Solution
- Possibly Parent/Child relationships between solutions.
