When I try to set the SNMP trap port to 162 I get an error saying E5003: Unable to bind to port. - 162. Can you please help.

Global View reports not working...
Just upgraded to 5.0 - on the global view, the "last month" report isn't working. The others work fine, but selecting "last month" doesn't change the graph from the last selected report. All other selections on this screen work fine.
AD integration
I thought once the users have signed into their computers through AD that information is passed thru SDP? We have just upgraded from sdp 4 to 5 anticipating this option so our users will not have to logon to our system and logon to sdp as well. please let me know if i am doing something wrong

Hi all, I have some trouble testing Firewall Analyzer. I send logs of my Cisco FWSM to the server where Firwall Analyzer is installed on port 1514/UDP. I have found in the <archive> directory of the installation a sub dir with the IP of my firewall and inside this sub dir a log file with logs messages from my Cisco ... so everything seems to be be OK ...put on the HOME page the only message is "No firewall is currently exporting logs ..." Can somebody help me ? Regards

Associate Custom Monitors
I have two Foretinet firewalls one running firmware 2.8 and one running firmware 2.5. The 2.8 works well (except for a problem reporting the correct interfaces and their status...but I am working on that elsewhere). The problem I have is that the standard Fortinet CPU, Memory and session count Resource Monitors do not work. I have a set up three custom monitors to gather this information and they are working well. My question is, is it possible to assign those graphs to the three graphs at the top
Wrong IF Numbers with OpManager 5.6
I am having the same problem with my FGT60. I am using 5.6 build 5601. WAN2 is showing as WAN1 and it is also showing as down. I think it's all confused! When I click on IP routing table and IP address table, the external address (marked as xxx) swaps interfaces from WAN1 to WAN2. Change date and time range on default reports
Hi, I'd like to change the data and time range on the default reports so I can look at data during specific periods of time and specific dates. I can't seem to change that. The reports seem to report on the entire day. How do you change that? Thanks.

Technician Assignments stopped working
This just started to happen. No configurational changes have been made to server or application. - Requests are categorized by requestor - based on category is placed to a queue - queue has multiple techs assigned with the 2 senior techs listed for notification. - Ticket is picked and process continues. ISSUE - Category when selected doesn't stay. It defaults to select category. weird! - If category selection remains, que is no longer notifying technician via email. Need help getting working
First off, I beta'd this product and it's GREAT!!! Although... I've now installed DE on my production server I'm running all other products (SD+, OpMan, Wifi Man, etc.) and have installed it as a service. Once the service starts, it immediately stops again and won't stay started. Here's the path in the service executable M:\AdventNet\ME\AdventNet\DeviceExpert\bin\wrapper.exe -s ..\conf\wrapper.conf and it's using the local system account to log on. Please let me know what to do so I can start using

Stopping purchased items going into asset database
We purchase a number of items that are not classed as assets, eg. Toners, Keyboards, Mice and so on. We do not want these to go into the assets database, however when they are set as received they do. Can this be prevented ? Damian
SMTP Engine
We use a MacAfee anti-virus solution that has an option to block traffic on port 25. This is obstructing all e-mail notifications coming from Servicedesk. We would like to keep this option on and add an exception within the anti-virus software to allow traffic from Servicedesk, however in order to do this we will need to know the filename of the SMTP engine within Servicedesk. Could you possibly provide this for us? Thanks
Unable to Backup after Upgrade to 6.0
I recently upgraded from 5.6 to 6.0. I am attempting to perform a backup of the system using Backup.bat but it fails with an error: Please wait ! Hy there, trying out SD+ and a few questions arose. One, in the requesters self service portal, how can I disable the My Details. I wouldn't want people messing around with that. Second, wouldn't it make sense to be able to manage assets as we do with workstations. I mean, in terms of ticketing, it's important to tag a workstation as is to tag a printer. problems with Debian and SNMP

Unable to import AD users
We have been testing version 4 with AD intergration with no problem's and I have just installed version 5 but I am unable to import any AD users, when I run the import wizard it is only showing some of the built in OU's in the AD structure and not the OU which our users are in. Quick Create not assigning technician
Hello, We are running SD+ 5.0.0 Build 5001. The problem we are experiencing is when a requester submits a new request through the "Quick Create" their request will be assigned to our default category (in our case "Desktop Hardware"), but the technician remains "Unassigned".
