Error when trying to run StartOpManager.sh

Just installed the latest version as of this posting with no problems. But am getting this when trying to start the server:

# ./StartOpManagerServer.sh

cp: cannot stat `/conf/backup/server.xml': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat `/conf/backup/workers.properties': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat `/conf/backup/mod_jk.conf-auto': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat `/bin/backup/*': No such file or directory
./StartOpManagerServer.sh: line 51: /bin/java: No such file or directory

Please help.
