Timer Issues

We have found a problem with the Stop / Start timer.

If you have a call on stop and then hit the start button there seems no way of then stopping the call as the Stop timer info is not displayed?

If you go into the call and click update request and refresh the screen the Stop Timer info is back?

I assume that this is not a feature and that you should be able to stop / start calls as many times as is needed?
