I did not know where to post this message, so if there is a better place please let me know.

Is there any chance that a help desk ticketing system is under development?

I would like my customers to be able to access a web page and open up "work orders / trouble tickets".

Then my engineers can log into a technician dash board and see a list of items that need to be done.

Anything like this in the works or available now? It would be awsome to have in interact with the MSP version on OpManager that is being developed so that tickets can be opened automatically?

I would love to beta test!!
