Server outage and total availability
We are having some issues with our purchased copy of OpManager. after adding all of our servers into Opmanager, and setting them up for SNMP, the uptime does not change if I bring a server down. All we get is a web service outage. I currently have 50 servers in OpManager and out of this 50, 10 are experiencing this problem. They were all added, and setup the same.
When I go to printout a report, it should show outages for these servers, instead, it shows 100% availability which it shouldn't. Any ideas? we are running version 6
