ServiceDesk does not start after trial period is over
Hi,
I tried ServiceDesk+ some time. Now my trial period is over and I bought a license key. Unfortunately SD+is not running any more, so I can not enter the license key. SD+ is not able to start any more. I even uninstalled SD+ and reinstalled it, but the server does not start. I even reinstalled my complete server running windows 2003 SP1 and installed SD+. But the SD+ Server does not start.
When booting my server, the console says, the the application layer is started and the blue bar goes up to 75% after thet, the text is filled with dots and goes on for ever.
Even trying to start the server with run.bat and entering my license-information results in a hanging server after SQLOne Search ist started.
So I paid for a product, that is not at all running. And I was really glad, that I found such a great piece of software.
I hope, someone can help me with this problem
