Workstation assigned to a department
I have created a workstation and assigned it to a department. But when a Requester that belongs to that department logins and tries to add a new request, the workstation doesn't appear in the dropdown list.
I'm using ServicdDesk Plus 30 day trial (Version : 5.0.0 Build Number : 5003).
