No Data Available
Hello I am evaluating Firewall Analyzer and cannot make it working. After configured our Cisco PIX firewall, I do see it is transferring log data to Firewall Analyzer. But the dashboard is still showing No Data Available. Maybe I missed something. Please help. Attached is the support file. Thanks Sean

64bit JVM Support
I'd like to run it on Windows Server 2003 64 bit edition. Does anybody see any problems? I know that the wrapper is 32bit only, but as long as I control the stop-start functions without the use of the wrapper, I should be okay. Any thoughts?
integrating op manager with service desk plus
trying to get service desk plus to integrate with op manager but op manager tells me my server is too busy to fetch information. Problems starting OpManager on Debian Sarge
Running Debian Sarge (kernel 2.4.27), have installed trial version of OpMgr 6.0 I'm having the same problem as this thread: forums.adventnet.com/viewtopic.php?t=834 Have installed pkg libgdbmg1, still no go... When I go into the apache dir, I do not see a "StartWebSvr.sh" script. Please advise, trying to set this up to demo to my boss for a meeting I'm having soon... Thanks!

Graphing negative integer values, ie wireless signals
Some wireless devices enable retrieval of signal strengths via snmp, this would be very useful to graph this information over time. However the values returned a always a negative integer, ie -69 (dBm). Is it possible to retrieve and graph these, or to somehow ignore the - value?
Upgrade to 5001 from build 4112 Not Compatable
When I try and run the upgrade from build 4112 to 5001 I get a message that states the PPM is not compatable for this product? I was on build 4102 and used updatemanager to go to build 4112 and then tried the same procedure to go to build 5001 as it is explained below? Can anyone help? Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to use the compaq/hp proliant mibs to create traps in opmanager? Im running verison 6.0 and the built in traps which you provide do not provide me alerts on fan failures, power supply failures, chassis failures etc. These are provided in the mib files from hp. I would also need to receive alerts on disk degradation and failures, again standard hp traps. I have loaded the cpqhost.mib and cpqhlth.mib files and used these to send alerts. Restore V4 Data in Version 5 Goes into Limbo
Hi Upgraded to V5 Fresh installation, tryed to restore data using the restoredata.bat and it goes into limbo, its been running now for 20 minutes; previously when i would restore data it would take around 5 minutes. I have around 600 to 800 records in the file. Please help ..... Regards, Shane

Reporting - Custom range

Requests filter v5001
In the old version if I click on show all open requests it shows everything except closed status. Now in the new version it only shows the open status.... I want to be able to see all requests except those that are closed.... Can I create a custom filter for requests ?
Notify techs by email on new request creation not working
Hi, I have Notify technician(s) by email when a new request is created selected, and have selected the relevant techs, but the emails are not getting sent. Other notify emails (eg Notify technician by email when request is assigned) are working fine. SDP v5 with SP1. Help!!!
retrieving thorough requester info
Hi We have just started using SD and trying to put as many info as possible. One question: Is there any good way to retrieve through requester info? currently I choose "Admin" tab > "requester" and then if I want to know which workstation this user is using, I need to click "associate workstation" to know which workstation is associated. Name problem after copy request
Hi When i use "copy request" option and i want to change "requester name" (in copied request), system returns old name after "update request" option. this is in situation when that name is not on the list imported from AD.(?) Regards

Customer Support Portal
I am unable to pull up the customer support portal and knowledgebase site. I have tried from an unfirewalled T1, DSL and through our corp network and none of them could pull up the page. I have emailed support twice now about it but I have heard nothing back. Are the sites down?

Bug on WTA
When I click on the new monitor link under the monitor's tab, by default it shows Add Monitor type as Servers, since that is at the top if the drop down list. Now when I scroll down the drop down list and select Web Transaction Monitor, it retains the parameter fields for the Server type monitor, such as hostname, subnet mask, polling interval, OS type. Additionally I am unable to type anything on the hostname/IP address field. This is the same case when I select any other monitor type such as DB2
Queue details not being shown/updated in the request screens
Hi all, We love ServiceDesk Plus V5 ... thanks for all the hard work you have put into it. A quick question - the Queue details on the view request form (or the edit request form) are not showing the current queue requests are in ... is this a known issue ? HOST name change suggestion
A suggestion that should solve my problem and maybe avoid a major software change on your side without the ability to change HOST names. Should be called DEVICE NAME not HOST. Why don't you just add a field to the database called DEVICE KNOWN AS or something and make it the same as the HOST name by default and allow us to change that field. Then anywhere you have the field HOST name use the DEVICE KNOWN AS NAME and that way you don't have to make major changes by allowing us to change the host name??

Corrupt database after a power cut.
After a power failiure on a server which hosts OpManager, I started opmanager only to find object not found on everything. I then proceeded to stop the opmanager service and run the batch file that repairs the mysql tables. Everything went fine, or so I thought. Anyway all the servers in opmanager seemed to be there, except for just one, which when I click on it in network view, it just says "object not found" Ive tried repairing the database again but still not working. Hi all, and Happy New Year! Just downloaded and installed the latest release. Since then I cannot run the SD. I think it's a port issue. All I get is 'Page cannot be found popping up'?
