Interface Utilisation Not Working :(

Interface Utilisation Not Working :(

I am monitoring a Cisco 2801 Router which is connected to a 2Mbps Leased Line. On other monitoring software I have been trialling, this link speed is reported correctly and therefore the Interface Utilisation is correct. From OpManager the link speed is not reported and therefore my Interface Utilisation is not being shown at all.

Any ideas?
