Problem with starting SD+ (MySQL)
Hi, I just installed SD+. Business Rules don't pick up tickets logged from OpManager
I am trying to use business rules to redirect requests/tickets automatically logged by OpManager to a queue. The business rule is not picking up that a new request has been received from Opmanager. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a known problem ?

Hi, I'm having trouble importing CSV files from withing the help desk software. I check the forum for answers and I notticed that support had already fix an issue similar to this. The format that excel saves csv does not include quotations for every field and the format that your support posted does contain quotes for every field. Ex. Problems with snmp --- OID not implemented???
hi First i'm using Linux(manager),and windows XP (agent), my problem is that ... when I configure a Monitor report such as DiskUtilization or CPU Utilization .... I can see nothing, the snmp protocol has been installed in windows machine but when i do a test monitor, it says "The Monitor did not respond to the test request", if i do another thing such as coldstart... it works. So I think the problem is "The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB". could be? I need help, please.... thanks
Can't close or delete requests.
Hope somebody can help since I've yet to recieve any help from AdventNet on this. Anyway I have two requests that I can neither close or delete. IE will just hang when you try it. Then after a few minutes the request list will refresh. Also was wondering how big the backup file was for a full blown installation. We have only been using servicedesk plus for a month and the backup file was well over 900megs before I stopped it. Thanks, Nick

Hello all, I'm using a evaluation version of ServiceDesk 5.0 and I'm figuring out how to assign automatically a request to a queue or technician, considering the category of request. I found something similar (business roles), but all requests are keept "unassigned", unless the requester specify this. error when loading MIB
I am using opmanager version 6 and I keep getting this error when I try to load a vendor mib. The error get is "Error parsing MIB:axis-mib", I can load this mib fine using mibbrowser.bat but through the web interface it always give me this error. I am trying to create a custom monitor but it want load this mib. Any help is appreciated.
Deleted Device data
Hi, I have accidentally deleted one of my db server from OpManage and then add it back. But all previous data (e.g. CPU, Memory, Disk util) related to that box has been lost. Device associated URL monitors -- problems with maintenance
I have a couple development / testing servers which each have about 9 URL monitors listed under them. I have reocurring maintenance downtime scheduled for Wednesdays at 4:45am on those devices. Today the maintenance was performed 2 minutes early, so we received several "service down" notifications for the URLs, which btw, on the notification profile URL category is not checked. How can requester reply to the technician reply
I created and sent a new request. The technician responded via 'Reply'. Now as the requester I can see the reply on the client computer. I would like to be able to 'Reply' back to the technician, however, there is no 'Reply' or 'Forward' as there is for the technician. Is this by design, so the technician isn't overwhelmed by email? I noticed I can click on the technician's email address and send him email directly, but it doesn't seem to be included with the request, which defeats the purpose. Is

Notification Profile Issue
I am trying to setup a notification profile that sends an email only if a threshold value has been exceeded. Attached is the notification profile setup. I've associated this notification profile to a couple of devices, but when the threshold (WMI disk space in MB) gets exceeded, no email comes through. Monitoring RSSI with Trangolnk10 radios
The mibs for these radios load fine. The problem is that I cannot use OPmanager to monitor RSSI. The mib is unavailable for use but some of the others mibs are available. Is it because the value returned is negative? Has anyone been able to get it to work? If so how? Did you have to modify the mib for it? I am using the mibs provided by the manufacturer. I have gotten them to work in other programs but I would prefer to monitor all my equipment in OpManager. Your help is appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

I have ran the Recorder.exe utility and went through the process of logging into the website I wished to monitor, and generated a report. Interface Discovery in Beta 5.0
I'm finding that when I enable netflow on a router and add the ip route-cache flow command to and interface, after several minutes other interface indexes appear, without issuing the command. How is NFA adding these interface automatically and is this a feature or a bug? Thanks in advance. Jennifer
Authorize non admins to change the due date
hello, we're having problems with authorizing non-admin users to change the due date. The technician roll has full control on the request form, but still can't change the due date. I know the due date will automatically change when changing the priority or the SLA, but we want to edit it manually. Any help is welcome. Kind regards, Luc Janssen

Adding "Additional Feilds" to select criteria drop
When setting up my Service Request form, I used one of your additional field to create a pick list of project numbers; I named the field "Associated Project". I would like to be able to create a business rule that assigns the requests to a queue. I have noticed that all of your select criteria only contain the default fields. question regarding size of event logs
Question - can multiple scans be going on with different servers? Say server 1, 2, and 3 all have 10 minute intervals. Is that ok? Question - what is the typical speed (number of events/second scanned) that the product can handle? Is there an issue with a scan frequency being every 5 minutes and the scan taken longer than 5 minutes? I have a 1Gb network between servers - I would think it not a problem.
