Dependencies? URL Monitoring

Hi there.

I am using the Free version of Application Manager and have a very basic question.

Firstly I would like to say what a wonderful product it is

I am connected to the Internet via my ISP internet service provider.
And if my ISP goes down for some reason, obviously all my monitored URL's will say they are down, when they probably are not.

I can think of 2 ways to solve this problem.

1. Dependency, say I could make all my URL's being monitored dependent on my ISP home page, so my monitored URL's wont be reported as unavaliable if my ISP home page is not available?

or

2. Can Applications Manager "detect" that I have no active internet connection, and therfore not report my URL's as being unavailable, and resume polling once internet connection has been restored?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
