Requesters from active directory if not english

All is excellent!
But the primary language at us Russian and a name and a surname the user in Russian. Default code page w1251 or koi8-r.
after exporting requesters from AD receive not clear (not Russian) name and a surname the requester. (see attachment)
How to be? Change of code page of a browser does not help
Are ready to help with translation GUI on Russian
