SMS notifications
After upgrade I can not send SMS notifications.
On the SMS notification after a request is assigned I can not specify to send plant text.
On "SMS technician" option I can specify plain text, but I still receive an error from my SMS provider because the message is not plain text.
It is urgent for me, since now I can not notify my on field technicians about new requests.
