Closing Old Request not working
We have some old (yet still current) requests which we cannot close, we also cannot delete them.
We have tried from the close 'link', 'editing' the request to close status (we can change to On Hold though), and 'deleting' from the main list view.
The page just takes a long time to refresh and then there are no changes to the request status etc.
We can create, close and delete new requests as normal.
Any ideas ?
