Hi, When I run an interactive report of "All Servers Disk Usage Report" I get disk usage of all my servers without any problem, but when I schedule it (Top n ...) and send the result to an e-mail address, the .XLS or .PDF file contain : "No Data Available" Regards

Server listings - 2 problems
We have two problems in OpManager. 1. Two Windows 2003 servers, similar hardware. SNMP is enabled and running on both servers. Credentials are all set up and the same on both servers and in OpManager. Monitors are default using SNMP for CPU, Memory, Disk. On one server SNMP passes the test and the monitors are showing data. Can't browse a manufacturer provided MIB in the MIB browser
I have saved an MIB provided by FortiNet, for one of their FortiGate units, to the MIB directory. It is recognized in the MIB list in the MIB Browser (aka it's a file in the mib directory), but when I select it, it will not load the list. I have taken a look at the MIB file itself, and it appears to be in proper syntax. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have a solution? As an alternate, I'd like to be able to enter the traps OIDs. Is this possible? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Matt I can

Monitoring drive space on D, E, etc
I would like to monitor the free space on the D and E drives on one of my servers and have a nice pie graph to show the usage when I view the server. I searched the forums for a solution to this problem and found a post from 2004 where a link the userguide was given, but the link isn't valid anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Feature Request: Note emails don't include link to request
The option to email the technician when updating a note results in an email with no links to the issue. This does not appear to be a customizable template either. Usefulness of notes is greatly diminished without essential metadata.
MSSQL Monitoring - DB Mirroring

Hi I am trying to adjust the thresholds on several of the Active Directory monitors. I now I can do it individually, but was wondering if there was a way to modify the actual template as I have over 30 Domain Controllers, and would like to keep them consistent. Hi everybody, Waiting a long time for the 7.5 upgrade package, but it is there!!! But looking at all the forum posts it looks like it is very buggy. And Support is not responding on the forum calls yet. But is there anybody who already upgraded to 7.5 without any problem? I like to upgrade but I need to be sure that it went well. 7.5 Upgrade (patched) - Enterprise Licence Message
The newly patched 7022 to 7500 upgrade produces a message "Some of the software found to be moved from Enterprise licence to Individual licence earlier. See SoftwareInfo.txt in SDP_Home directory" What are we meant to do with the information in the file, what will the upgrade have done to the data in the database, what are the implications of just doing nothing? Hi, Attached file is the disk utilization for a particular monitor. /data went up to 96% usage. However, we already did some housekeeping for the filesystem and it went down to 72% but I�ve noticed that the status of the filesystem is still on critical alert (red icon). Also, there is a root cause analysis: Disk utilization � critical Disk utilization of <servername>-/data is critical because its value 94>90%. Absence of Change tab for an Asset
Dear, Currently every asset has "Requests" tab but doesn't have the Change tab. Of course in order to see all changes assigned to assets I can execute report but I don't think that this is always convenient. Could you please add separate Change tab for asset? My Regards, Vlad

Strange NAT problem
I am running Servicedesk plus on a linux VM. I had a firewall forwarding the port 8080 to the private IP. This was working perfectly. Today the firewall crashed, so I changed the gateway settings on the service desk server to point to a secondary firewall, redirected the ports there, but it doesn't work. I can redirect any other port successfully (such as ssh, apache, etc), but the servicedesk application itself doesn't work any more through the new NAT router. Any ideas?
Unable to log in SDP+ web browser after 7.5
Hi, i've tryed to upgrade from sdplus 7.022 to sd+7.5, but it occured an error while upgrading and now i'm unable to connect through Web Browser ! The service is started. I can't uninstall Service Pack 7.022 ! It says "unistallation is currently not supported". When I launch MySQL administrator on port 33366, it returns an error.Please refer to Attachment. Thanks
How to Test restore to new server

Inactive Mailboxes, not disabled
Report on mailboxes that have not been logged on to. Sometimes mailboxes don't get deleted, and are left active for an extended period of time. Those mailboxes should be removed. I can see the logged on status in the Exchange System manager, shouldn't be difficult to get a report on mailboxes not used in 30 days, 60 days, etc...thanks for your product! David Wilhoit
Upgrade to 7.5 - Unable to take backup
Having a problem doing a test upgrade of 7022 to 7.5 When I start the process using updateManager it attempts to take the backup as it normally does, but them fails stating it has a problem taking the back. Hence not proceeding. System is shutdown. I've taken backups using Backupdata twice now and these have worked. Downtime summary report
I usually get a "Down time summary report" every morning but over the last week or so I have not received it from a couple of my servers. Loose data from backup and restore OPmanagerDB
I had some problem restoring OPmanager DB. So I download the trial, install it(version 7200). Add one switch and only one server. I make a backup; installing on another machine (same SO Windows 2003 SE) the trial. After I make a restore OPmanagerDB (start>manageEngine>DB manager>Data maintenance>>restore data) on the new machine. Provided that the migration form 7022 to 7500 did not work at all!!, I made a fresh install of 7.5 and it is working, now I want to migrate the data in 7022 backup file, how to do that?? . The restoreDB.bat refuses to take and older version backup

Hi Running on build 7011. We have a problem in the solutions. If the solution have a picture, the picture is after a couple of days is not showing.
