SDPlus Sometimes Slow to Refresh Screen
My colleagues and I are using ServiceDesk Plus v6.0.0 build number 6015.
When we switch between tabs and work on tickets, it sometimes take about a minute for the screen to load.
We have been rebooting the server whenever this happens; sometimes this solves the problem and sometimes it doesn't.
For your guidance, ServiceDesk Plus is installed on a server running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP1. The ibdata1 file is about 2GB.
Can anyone let me know of a solution? Thanks.
