Indivudal scan fails but network scan works
Hi all I'm running into a problem with individual scanning.
I have two campuses on different networks (example):
main: 10.1.1.XXX (has server for helpdesk {6012: we've had problems upgrading})
other: 10.1.2.XXX
I can network scan and both work, the main campus computers will scan from their respective inventory screens, however when I scan the ones at the other campus from their inventory screen i get the following:
FAILURE :No response received from workstation. Probably the workstation might be switched off or does not exist.
