I apologize in advance for asking to define SourceIN, SourceOUT, DestinationOUT, and DestinationIN. I know it has been asked and answered on that forum before but I can't make sense of a generated report I reviewed today: On that scheduled consolidated report for one interface, the tables SourceIN and SourceOUT list many of the same IPs, and so do the DestinationIN and DestinationOUT tables. Some "magic" with OpManager 7502
We are trying OpManager 7502 w/MySQL db so we found some magic devices in our network: 1) Strange server - it has no Network interfaces after Discovery. After pressing Rediscover on Interfaces tab it SHOW TWO ACTIVE NICs, after pressing Add OpManager says "added successfuly" but after that there is still no Interfaces on this server. If we DELETE this whole server from OpManager we cannot add it back again not via IP address, not via it's name. OpManager says "added successfully" but no server appears

I am using the monitor " memory utilization" for a server Redhat enterprise 4.0. The threshold value constantly is exceeded even if the processes use only a minimal part of the memory. This is a disk cache problem. Is it possible to use the memory utilization monitor without the disk cache?
How to change pw for multiple hosts
All, I have about 150 windows servers added to Event log manager. The pw to authenticate under Host Details has changed. How can I change that pw to all boxes at once instead of individually clicking host details for each box?? The username is the same..it is a service account where the PW changes each year. Damian
Login Issues
I recently updated to the newest service pack of OpManager now my remote clients can not log in. It re-populates the user name and password and will not allow them to log in. If I go to the server that OpManager is installed on it will allow me to log on right away. Anyone seen this? What is the cause and the solution to fix this?
Logging out without stopping the server?
The server runs on a Linux system. It starts up on reboot, but sometimes we have to login and shut the server down and restart it. I've tried using the init.d/opmanager script that you guys gave me, and also /OpManager/bin/StartOpManagerServer.sh & . Either way, when I log out, I get Internal Server Error, which means httpd is still running, but something else is dead. Shouldn't it daemonize?

7205 Upgrade Concerns/questions
Support I am currently on Build 7102. 1) Can I just apply the 7205 Hot Fix or do I have to apply the other builds/hot fixes first? 2) I noticed a few other have had a problem with upgrading this new Hot Fix and I am concerned and am wondering if these issues of the Blank Screen "ERROR" message has been addressed. 3) If I have problems with this can I restore back to 7102? Please let me know as soon as you can. I plan on doing this upgrade in 1 week. Thanks for your time and assistance in this matter.

Hello, I deleted all business views that I created in the past in order to reorganize them but now when I open report tabs, I see in the drop down list all business views names that I deleted previouly. Not letting user login when using Firefox and scheduled mail
Hi, I am trying the demo of AD self service plus. There seems to be 2 issues I can not get rid of: 1. Using IE, every thing works fine, however using FF (version 3.0.2) from same PC, it does not let user login at all. Please note I am using same PC when testing via IE and FF. Problem with Changes not matching Change ID
We have come across a fairly annoying problem. When you are looking at "All Open Changes" and then hover your mouse over a change it will say ID="20" But when you then click on that change it opens up change ID 16. So it is impossible to get the change you are looking for to open. When you look at "All My Open CHanges" it works normally. The weird thing is if you click on the same change on either screen the same URL is opened but different changes appear. The URL says change 20 but the screen shows

Hi After upgrading to 7014 - the windows size for Reply to contact, is to small. The "Send", "Save" etc buttons is hidden, you have to scroll down in order to see and use them. Please make the distance smaller in the form - or the windows bigger. Thanks.

Hi Support, On a couple of occassions our support reps have incorrectly merged two requests, usually by merging account A's request into account B's request due to a typo when searching for the correct request to merge. For example, meaning to merge request 1000 with request 988 and actually merging it with request 998. Workstation Scanning Problem
Systems are not getting reflected in database even after manually scanned using ae_scan.vbs script.
all our data is gone after 7022 to 7.5 upgrade
I tried to upgrade our servicedesk today, The 7.5 upgrade seemed to work however once it had finished, all our data is gone and the servicedesk looks like it goes "Out of the box", a blank canvas. I'm currently uninstalling and then going to reinstall 7022 and restore our 7022 data (luckily I have a good backup!) but does anyone have any ideas why the data is gone after the upgrade? Obviously I can't restore the 7022 data into 7.5
