Restoring DB

Hello

i have to test the restore of the db from a backup. made a scheduled backup yesterday eavening. today i did import several 100 users and some resources. after that, i did stop the pmp service and did start the restoredb.bat.

E:\PMP\bin>restoreDB.bat e:\PMPBackup\db\Backup\backup_090222-2001.zip
Going to restore database. This operation will take few minutes, please wait....

this operation did complete in a second... after i started pmp service and still all the users and resource are there... the user list and some of the resources should be empty because at the time of the backup, there were no user importet....

any idea?
