Problems importing Users from AD

We are testing Password Manager Pro. If got some problems with the import from ad option.
i'd like to import the Users OU with all the sub ous:
domain\location\users
if i enter this in the ou field, nothing gets importet. it is also if i just enter
domain\location
if i leave the ou field empty and click import, i get the ou list with all locations... if i select the location ou i need i can import all the obejcts. but i only need to import the users ou... but i can find the users ou under the specified location ou. is there any known problem?
