Blank login page then LDAP Authentication is enabled

Blank login page then LDAP Authentication is enabled

Hi
I'v just installed version 7.5.0 Build 7504 and trying to enable LDAP Authentication but then this option is enabled I'm getting only blank white page instead of login page.
If it disabled then everything is fine.
how to debug it? where any logs are stored?
