I'm having difficulties setting up[ the escalation feature in servicedesk plus.
I tried the free version first and couldnt get it, so i now tried the free version that allows two technicians still no luck!
can anyone guide me on hopw to set it up. I got incoming mails to work, so people can log requests via email but i'm not so sure of out going mails. I've set the SLA levels and done the escalation settings but its just not working.
