Logs or alerts sent to administrator(s)?
Where are the events that take place in ADSelfService Plus logged (Event Log, internal log, text file, etc)? I've seen the "audit reports" that you can manually run, but my company has the requirement to maintain the logs in a searchable format, and ideally have the administrative team alerted when a user unlocks themselves or resets their password. Also, would that report be an automatable task, so I don't have to manually run the report daily and export on my own, sort of like a digest report

How to migrate DC to a new server?
Is it possible and if so, what steps need to take place for moving the DC installation to a new server. I have sent multiple emails to DesktopCentral Support and have not heard back from them. We want to move Desktop Central off an old server to a new VM server that has been setup. It will be much easier to maintain. I need to make sure that the agents that currently have DC installed will now point to the new server. Please help! Rob

SDP Creating a new user in AD
Hi all, I have a form set up in SDP in the Service Catalog and when the requester fills it in with the certain information I would then like SDP to use that information and create an acount in AD with it. Is this possible at all? Thanks Martin

In some cases, the requester do not create the service request and the request is created by another requester in service desk plus. But i can't find a way to manage that...except by creating new field "requester", but that's not very good (because you have to fill manually the name without any link to requester database).. So, do i miss something or do i need a new feature for that??
Asset sync DC7 and SDP wrong Domain name
We have both Service Desk Plus and Desktop Central with DC7 sending the asset information to Service Desk. However, when the asset information is passed to Service Desk, it sends the AD domain information and not the domain information that DC7 uses. Hi all, I want to use the Completetime on a request or incident in email templates. but I can select it from the list, the is just the created date. And when I use the variable $CompletedTime it doesn't show anything. I need it for the Businessrules because some departments want to see in the email when a request or an Incident was closed. Hi, We would like the abilty to notify the requester when the status has changed for a request. I know there is the abilty to notify a requester when the request is updated but this sends of loads of emails to the requester if any change is made and the user can get 10+ emails about any small changes that have been made, we have therefore had to turn off this notifaction rule as requesters are beginning to ignore these notification emails. I'd like to be able to monitor the response from a SOAP request and output the results as a table (like the Script Monitor) or/and create an alert if a specific word/phrase is found in the result. Is this possible currently (without using a Script Monitor) and if not can it be added to the roadmap?

Problem with version 9400 and webservices
Hi, we have a webservice configured for test on Appmanager. Yesterday we upgraded to version 9400 and the webservice test is not working anymore. I've tried to add back the webservice and it add correctly but after i do a poll update the availability will go in error and i get this error: Unable to access the WSDL url http://servername:port/timeservice/time - 405. I am not an expert, but they are talking about XML files that return a value that can be checked to verify if the service is still working. Checking the server status and the TCP port is not enough. Without notice the monitoring result of (all) webservice monitors show the following error: [Exception in:/jsp/WSMDetails.jsp] Cannot forward after response has been committed The monitors are all clear (no alerts visible) and there is no possibility of making a report on these monitors.
