Hi guys,

      A small problem, but an annoying one nonetheless.  If you paste a Request ID into the Go To box in the Requests tab and leave a space at either the start or end, the system prompts you with the following message:

            Please enter only Numeric values

 

 

      I imagine it would be a relatively simple task for you to strip any white space before and after the text which would prevent this message and speed use of the system up slightly.
