Agent won't stay connected

On some of my Windows Server 2003 devices, the Desktop Central Agent keeps losing its connection to the Desktop Central Server. It does connect some of the time, so it's not an issue of the port being blocked. As far as I know, there are no other services trying to use the same port, either.

Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? It's becoming a problem for patching.
