Hotfix 8009 Released !!

Hotfix over 8000 has been released and can be downloaded from the below link.

Following are the list of issues / enhancements addressed in this hotfix ( 8009 ) release.

Issues fixed in 8009:

1. SD-36985 : Reply from mail client is not getting added as conversation when To and CC contains same Email Address has been fixed.

2. SD-36381 : Technician cache was not getting updated while changing Requester as a Technician has been fixed.

3. SD-36195 : Wrong translation in Dutch/Netherlands for the "Pick Up" in the Request Details page > Assign Menu has been fixed.

NOTE : There were few occurrences of "Pick Up" key is not translated properly, say when the pickup operation of the request from the list views says , "Pick Up operation successful" which are all needs to be translated yet, and we will be including these translation in our next hotfix release.

4. SD-36403 : Wrong translation of "build" in Russian language has been fixed.

NOTE : We are still working on the below issue :

SD-36459: Group selected in the request template ( Incident / Service request) for the NotInAnySite or any referred site is not retained, when the request is created by the requester.

As this involves changes involved in the critical part of the code and also involves extensive testing, this is getting delayed. We will fix this and release it in a sooner hotfix. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
