i installed desktop central agent to a newly installed win7 pcwhen i try to apply the disable disk configuration to this pc the local hard disk drives also disappear

Scheduled Restart Task Saves Wrong Computer Selection
We have about eight different servers (let's refer to them as serverA thru serverH) that each have a scheduled task for restarting; these restarts are staggered out about 5min each so they are not all restarting at the same time. The problem is, it constantly displays serverA in the TASK for serverF, even though we continually select serverF for that task. In our list of computers/servers in Desktop Central, the eight servers show up correctly (correct server name, correct IP, etc). We have tried

Hi Happy New Year after upgrading to 8030 my notifications stoped arriving. I Upgraded to 8040 thinking that it may fix the problem but no luck. Hello SDP Support, I've got a small problem with custom date fields. I've created a date field in the Requesttemplate that is called: When did the alarm appear. In the Request form the correct timestamp is show as 29.09.2011 11:30, but in the Email notification it just shows 29.09.2011. AD import works with domain.com but not netbios domain
Recently when trying to import requesters using the netbios domain name it only showed the Users OU from active directory. Hide Default Request Template
Hi, Is there a way to hide the default request template from the requester? That option appears to be greyed out. I want to create a new template that hides category selections from requesters. At this stage we don't want requesters to have access to multiple templates. If we remove the category fields from the default template, technicians can then not see it either. Hi, I would like to know if ServiceDesk Plus Service Catalog is capable of automated task management workflow. For an instance, a service request has been created. Task should be done in sequential manner. Example, after the assigned person to perform TASK 1. That's the only time or it will automatically notify the next assigned person to perform TASK 2 and so on before the service request is accomplished. Vulnerable Systems that really aren't.
I have several systems on my network that consistently show up as either Vulnerable Systems or Highly Vulnerable Systems. When I investigate the missing patches they inevitably are patches that don't apply to the systems (Security Update for CAPICOM (KB931906) on a server that has no media software installed, for instance). How do I clean these up so the machines no longer show up as blue or red?

WMI counter for Disk idle % percentage incorrect
I have added a WMI counter for Disk Idle % on 8 servers. 4 of them are correct. The other 4 are way wrong. If I watch perfmon, the disks are idle over 95%, OPManage is showing more like 20% on the reports and the TOP 10. If I go to the montior and click test, it comes back wrong the first time and the correct with every click of the test button after that. But alas, the reports then will only show a blip of being correct and then they go back to being incorrect again. I'm running 8112, patiently

I need to be able to show a report that stats the event ID and how many times it has occured, rather than showing each event occurance. for example: Event ID 1234: Desrciption - Occrued 24 times Event ID 2345: Description - Occured 12 times etc etc This will save a lot of time and paper if we need to print reports. Why some WMI performance counters(in OPManager9) differ from same counters in windows performance monitor?
