Upgrade Third Party Apps
Desktop Central 8 can automatically deploy patches, but it cannot automatically upgrade software to a new version. For example, it can deploy patches for Adobe Reader 9, but not automatically upgrade to Adobe Reader X.
I realize one can use the "Software Deployment" feature to deploy Reader X, but it would be nice if an upgrade feature was integrated with Patch Management, so it doesn't have to be handled separately.
Can you please implement this feature in a DC 8 hotfix? Thanks!
