I am using opmanager 9 build number 9010.

i have added cisco 3560 catalyst switch and enabled snmp on the device.

i can verify the snmp credential from device snapshot page.

i also verified it from mibrowser.bat under RFC mib sysoid .

to make sure i re added performance monitors to the device.but when i edit performance monitor and cilick test monitor.

it says "The monitor did not respond to the test request ".
