How to install SDP as MySQL and not PGSQL
The scenario is such that I cannot find the MySQL option in the setup. I need it because in a few weeks, we will be migrating all our existing data from a different helpdesk software (Numara Track-IT) into this. Therefor can someone explain me why I cannot find the MySQL option? I have made a fresh installation of the Server OS and waiting for a response before I move further.
Process Monitor for Reporting purpose only - no alert
Is there a possibility to use the process monitor only for reporting and not for alerting? I would like to monitor some user processes that are running on a citrix server to determine how much a process consumes, but I don't want a alert, if the process is not running. for example: I would like to know how much CPU and RAM Acrobat.exe is using over a certain time. But Acrobat.exe is not running all the time, so it should not generate a alert if it is not running. thanks

I would like to know how I can customize the view that show cpu and memory utilization for each device category for example , I would like to show juniper and sonicwalls current connection count but both of them is on seperate oid's. How to define what is a WAN link?
I'm using Opmanager 8721 with the SLA license and need to know how to set an interface as "WAN link". I running the dashboard widget "WAN links by availability" for a specific business view that only has my WAN routers in it. My problem is that some of my WAN links are ethernet and these are not showing up in the report. It looks to be only pulling up the dialer and FR interfaces. Can I change an interface to be classes as a WAN interface? Thanks, Brendan

The customer have 3come switches and Fortigate firewall, my problem is that Oppmanger is not providing CPU, Memory utilization, etc.. while providing all details regarding their Ethernet ports for the same devices. Reporting issue in ADSelfService
Hi, I'm trying to schedule reports for "soon to expire passwords" in AD SelfService. I have it scheduled to run once a week on Mondays at 6:00am. My proiblem is it sends out two notices daily instead of once a week. I did not really see anything in the users manual on scheduling the reports. Could you give me any pointers? Thanks, Jerry

issues after router reload without snmp-server ifindex persist
we reloaded a router this past week that did not have "snmp-server ifindex persist" configured and now the interfaces we were monitoring are not named properly in NetFlow Analyzer. I tried deleting the router and all the interfaces, but they pop-back in right away with the incorrect interface names and types. how can I competely remove that router and all its interface information from netflow analyzer so I can set it up the way I want in Netlflow Analyzer?

Moving Devices From One Probe to Another
Morning, I am currently looking to migrate a number of devices from one of our OpManager Probes onto another one of our Probes as we are looking to decommission one of them. I was just wondering if there was an easy way to do so rather than manually re-entering the devices onto the other Prober (i.e. export data from SQL db and import data into other db)? I have noticed that when setting up the "Remote Control Tool - VNC" that you can specify the device by $DEVICENAME. I was wondering if there is a way for it to use the device "IP Address" instead? We can not connect to some of our thin clients via host name, and would like to use the IP instead.

As OpManager is based on native API, I don't need any agent installation on my ESX, do I? Even if OpManager doesn't use SNMP for ESX monitoring, can we use a MIB to get those informations?
