Views for Requests

I'd like to have an option to have different views on "Requests". Instead of just having a list of request, it would be nice if we could switch to a view where we see more information about a request, similar to what OTRS offers. Please see the links below:

OTRS offers 3 different views: a list just like SDP offers, showing basic information regarding the request, a list which shows a bit more information and a list which shows pretty much all information including the request description.
