Having issues with "Add Device" under the Admin tab. It returned "Device already present in the System".

Opmanager ver: 10000

VM Instances: Win2k8R2

ESXi ver: 5.1

Vcloud Director: 5.1

For example our production environment VM instance is named ABC123.

Our test/Dev environment (which a copy of production environment in Vcloud director) which also has server named VCD-123 with long hex code name).

Both have the same IP addresses. 

Initially I deleted the VCD-123 version and added ABC123 probably. All good. After sometime which I think is through Opmanager auto discovery, I can only see the VCD-123 instance and no longer able to see or add the ABC123 production version.  This happens on numerous occasion and on various VM instances which has a duplicated version of the VM instances running within Vcloud director. 

I have also tried "unmanage" the VCD-123 version and add the production version with no luck, resulting in device already present in the system error message. 

This is a big issue for us as we have no monitoring on our production environment. Please assist.
