Support Center integration with Bugzilla?
Hello
We currently use Bugzilla for bug and enhancement tracking, and I was wondering if there is a way to link SupportCenter requests to bugzilla, either seamlessly or simply by having a "external link" field where we can enter the bug numbers use as a cross reference.
By "seamlessly" I mean that we don't have to enter responses twice - entering a comment into SupportCenter would automagically update the relevant bugzilla entry, and vice versa.
