Pickup blanks out Group
We have Group assigned by a Business Rule, but when users from that group pickup a call, the group is blanked out. Queues are then not showing all their calls.

Question regarding TimeSpent Report
I'm looking for a way to create a summary report showing "spent time" and "amount". The problem I'm experiencing is that every request id with multiple time entries is shown on multiple rows i.e. if request id 1 has five time entries, request id 1 is shown five times, one row for each time entry. What I'm looking for in the report is the possibility to have one row for each request id no matter how many time entries a request id has. The columns "time spent" and "amount" should hold the total amount

Problem on exporting report to PDF format
Dear Support Team, I found this error while trying to export the report which has Thai language to pdf format. In the pdf file, there aren't display all Thai font in the report as you can see in the attach file.

HI Team, I would like to know if we would be able to monitor the (IIS) SMTP queue on a server which is sending out emails using local SMTP service. The purpose is to generate alerts if for some reason the emails are stuck in the queue. SMTP by the name of Local Queue Length something available in Opmanager? Using ADMP to create mail enabled contacts when using Exchange 2010
In the information for "Create Contacts in Active Directory" when wanting to create mail enabled contact, the following information is required: name,description,telephoneNumber,targetAddress,msExchAdminGroup,mailNickname The msExchAdminGroup is not exactly readily available with Exchange 2010, as it was with 2003 and 2007. Is that still truly needed to create a mail enabled contact (MS Exchange Mangement Console is installed on the same server where ADMP is installed). Thanks
Deleted alert profile
I'm using ver. 8.6 I create a few alert profiles. They triggers email to me. Then i delete some of alert profiles. But deleted alert profiles still works. Seems old and deleted profile name in email. For example "This is an automated Email generated by EventLog Analyzer Alert Generation Engine. An event matching the alert profile SesKayit occured at 16:40:22, Wed, Oct 02 2013." "SesKayit" deleted and not have in Alert Profile Details page. How can i fix this problem?

Doing a trial with NFA on CentOS. It was working fine until later today when we add our 10GB interfaces. Can you provide some guidance on how to troubleshoot and what is wrong. Not seeing any data been collected now.

I have updated our SDP to 8.1.0 build 8123. We are still getting popups when trying to paste into tickets. I've attached the 2 popups our users are seeing and of course complaining about. Is there anything we can do to prevent these popups?

Top 10: Volumes with most Disk Usage showing incorrect data
In the Home -> Top 10 view, one device is showing a volume has 383% utilization (attachment1). When I look at the device snapshot, I see that same volume at 31% utilization. Odd though that the free disk space for the same volume is 383GB (attachment2). When I view the monitor details, it does show that there was a 383% monitor value (attachment3). Has anyone seen this before? Could it be a reference issue or something specifically to do with hyper-v hosts? This is on OpManager10 running on PGSql
OpManager Central MSSQL Login Failure
Installing Central on a new server (same hostname and IP address). The issue is that the login to the MSSQL database fails. I can login fine with the same credentials using a SQL client or the SQL management studio. Ruled out the dynamic port issue mentioned in other threads and declaring the instance makes no difference. What am I missing? This is a OpManager Central 64bit installation trying to run on a 2008R2 64bit server. Any input is appreciated.

Hi, I try filter syslog messages on Kiwi Syslog server before resend to DeviceExpert. But DeviceExpert not sense forwarded messages (with and without filter). Direct syslog from ASA is working (detect online changing) but overflowing DeviceExpert's buffer . What syslog products with filter option were tested as forwarders to DeviceExpert? Thanks.
False Reporting in DeviceExpert
Hi, I am evaluating DeviceExpert and have a question about false reporting. I have 3 devices showing as not in sync. When I click on Show Diff, the differences I see for each device is: "Building configuration..." on one device "key PASSWORD" vs "key ******" on another device "--More-- !" on another. All, obviously, differences that should not be included in either config and only show on a console print. All other devices show in sync and fine. Any idea why this false reporting is happening?
Backing up HP 6120xg blade chassis switch
I am unable to backup my HP switches. I need "oobm" added to the end of the tftp command do that it uses the out of band interface to send the configuration. Like so: copy running-config tftp 2.2.2.2 filename.cfg oobm The script currently only uses: copy running-config tftp 2.2.2.2 filename.cfg How can I edit the script or use an alternate backup command?

Service Desk Change Approval
Hi there, Here is a scenario for you: Technician creates a change. Status = Requested. CAB members recomend the change as normal. I (Change Manager) formally approve the change. Status remains as Requested. Why does the status not change to approved when I approve the change. Cheers Trevor
