I have a question about using the API for Service Desk Plus.

 

Can I use a C# application to add requests? Is there any C# sample code that I can have a look at that anyone knows of? Also, can I just construct a string with parameters and then pass this string to the http://assist.optimation.co.nz/servlets/RequestServlet http address?
