wont upgrade or restore data fully
Hi, all, I am having major issues here :( I was trying to upgrade to the latest version and it failed at 98% "unable to uninstall" I thne reinstalled the previous version and restored the database, only to have http 500 errors in the dashboard. So it looks like I have lost my database and teh upgrade is not working :( I have now tried this on 3 different machines and just uninstalling yo try and restore the data back to the first version I used. Hope somebody can give me some advise/help

Hello. I received a help desk ticket yesterday. I needed more information so I clicked on the button that says "Reply" and I emailed the requestor. She responded back to the email but I never received it, nor does the request indicate in any way that she replied. Can you please advise?

Hi Everyone, We are using the request catalog to create requests and assign tasks to different persons/departments. But when a request needs approval, and when it's not approved yet, you can still see and close the tasks. Is it possible to configure the following: Tasks cannot be closed before request is approved Tasks will not be automatically assigned before request is approved. Block Hours Contract
Can anyone help? If we have Customers who purchase block hours support can I have a field on the Customer record (or contract) with the total block hours purchsed and is it possible to relate the worklogs for that Customer to deduct the hours automatically? Having resources available is an excellent idea. However: When a form is created with resources, there is no way to make it mandatory to select at least 1 option. A user can therefore submit a ticket that has no resources selected. When an admin creates a form and adds a resources section, that section should always be set to MANDATORY. Static Text on a Template?
Is it possible to add my own custom, static text to a template? There are many fields that have a value the end user sees in the drop down and then a value that serves as the description. Unfortunately, that Description seems to be invisible to the end user. So, I saw there is a request to use that as Hover text which makes the MOST sense but if I cannot do that, I would like to at least be able to add Static text. Opmanager Probe 11.1 blank dashboard after new install
Greetings! After upgrading our OpManager Enterprise (with several working probes) to version 11.1, we tried to install a new probe. Even though the probe installation was successful, now the dashboard shows a blank page and it seems that there is no data in the database. We tried to drop the database and create it again but no luck, same error appears. Has the installation of a new probe changed for version 11.1? Thanks in advance, best regards, Jorge.

ServiceDesk Plus change HTTPS port to other than 443
I configured Service desk Plus to run on HTTPS, everything goes well, HTTPS on default port 443 was working, but I need run HTTPS on other port for example 4431. I used changeWebServerPort.bat to change HTTPS port to 4431, restart service, but ServiceDesk plus not running on this port, no pages are displayed :-( Change to HTTPS 443 but not working anymore :-/ Only thing to get back ServiceDesk working is going back to HTTP on 8080. Hi, I am having some troubles with Date fields in a test environment that i am testing before upgrading the production environment. Stop open Internet Explorer page every time I start the services PLEASE
Could you stop once for all to automatically open Internet Explorer at the end of services restart? I continually receive annoying pop-up messages asking to switch the session to see the message. Some time, looking at the task manager I can see tens of internet explorer processes consuming megabyte of RAM. I know that there is a way to avoid this by changing some parameter on some file I don't remember, but this is really frustrating. I think the best way is to disable this feature by default. Asking

Hello, I just installed a new OpManager 11.1 and add a Vmware Host, but took long time so I decided to refresh the page. Later on, I tried to added it again, but shows up a message : Device already present in the System , I tried to find it but the system return and Error Page with no more detail. Uptime of Virtual Node's / DAG's
Is OpManager able to track the uptime and SLA's of Exchange 2010 DAG's, VIP's and Cluster Resources? Clearly, a single server in a cluster going offline is not necessarily a true indication of a service failure if there are other servers that continue to provide service in the case of one server failing. We need to be able to monitor the service availaility (web, SQL, Exchange) more than the actual server's themselves. Thanks

HTTP Status 404 - /netflow/jspui/NetworkSnapShot.jsp
I cant seem to figure out what is causing this error. I have just installed netflow and get this error in the browser. I have installed this application many times with no issues so not sure what this is. Anyone have a clue. I dont see any logging or any errors that are telling me either.
Traffic total not accurate
I have one Cisco ASA device connected to my instance of netflow analyzer. The total traffic reported seems to be about 2x what the actual traffic is. As an example, I host an FTP site and by analyzing the FTP logs can determine the amount of data sent to the FTP server. The issue is for the same IP address in netflow analyzer - I get 2x the bytes. I am monitoring both the Untrusted and Trusted interface on the ASA. What could cause this? We just moved to netflow as our firewall was just replaced.
VMware Monitoring - Can't add one host
Hi We are currently trialling OPmanager to see if it is a feasible product for us to use. We are currently having trouble adding one of our 4 VMware hosts. 1-3 add without any problems and discover all attached VMs. The 4th one has the exact same setup as the first 3 yet it will not add. We are using our root username/password as a credential to access the host. I have tested this credential by logging directly onto the VMware host. I have even reset this to make sure that isn't the issue. The error

Purge old service requests
We have a long standing SupportCenter installation that we want to start using again. I would like to delete all existing requests and start with a clean slate, but I do not want to delete any rules, users, emails configs. I just want to be able to purge only the existing requests. Free Ping Tool - No Ping w/ LAN IP Firewall
Hi, I tried Free Ping Tool, the latest version, in my company LAN. It works well with www.google.com and any server LAN IP addresses but doesn't work with firewall LAN IP adresses. Indeed, the status is RED and I have no reply (RTT = 0, Success = 0, Failed = 0) whereas when you ping these firewall in a MSDOS windows, it works. Any idea about the cause of this issue?
How to access PMP from iPhone App...
