Soon-To-Expire Password/Account Notifications
We would like alerts to go out 21 days, 14 days, and 7days before the users password expires on those days. After turning on these alerts a huge mess happened. Everyone who was under 21 days no matter what got alerts. (example 16 days or 5 days) Then on the next day they got an email that said:
"Dear duffra,
You have been reminded already about the impending password expiry (on 12/06/2013 11:27:59). However, you have not changed it yet. Please change it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Where was this specified to go out? We do not want the users to get an alert like this... we especially don't want them getting an alert we cant customize! We just want to remind them on those 3 days. Why cant this software just do that?
