Notification "Acknowledge the requester when request has been Assigned to $Technician"

Hi support, 

I use SDP Standar edition build 8215.
I just wondering, for notification "Acknowledge the requester when request has been Assigned to $Technician", is possible to available on standard edition ?
I know for now the notification only on enterprise edition.
