Issue command after SSH login
Hello, I'm new to OpManager and trying to get the hang of it for my company. But I ran into one problem: I need to issue a command after a ssh connection is established, but I'm not able to find any option for this. I thought at first that configlets might be able to run after login, but as far as I see this isn't the case. Is there any option in OpManager for this? Thanks for the effort, Greets, philland
Need to add info to all templates
I have been tasked to add a check box to all of the templates we have in our catalog. It seems very time consuming to go to every template and add a check box. Is there a script that can be run that I can add a specific Additional Field to all templates?
Deployment Policy updates in latest hotfix

OpManager side frame reports "Network not reachable"

Where to set the variable ${filename} required to use a script in OpManager
Hi all, I need to manipulate some OIDs and hence I'm preparing a script in powershell. I correctly expressed the executable path and name in the way PATH\${filename}.ps1 but when I test it OpManagers complains that PATH\OpManager_903_1463997551056.ps1does not exist. Moreover that string changes everytime and my understanding its value is derived on-the-fly because the variable ${filename} is not initialized. I thought filename would be taken from the name of the script. So my question is: how can

August 2016 Update Rollup KB3179574 jumps java CPU usage
Applied KB3179574 on 8/17 to the OPManager server. CPU usage increased dramatically for java.exe afterwards. See chart below. This condition survives a reboot. CPU seems to now run at about an average of 28%. The chart clearly shows that the normal CPU usage was about 3% prior to KB3179574 being applied.

Account Creation - home drive label?
If I specify a home drive path in ADUC it doesn't display the full server path to the user's mapped home drive when the visit the Computer folder. However if I have this created through ADManager, it appears to make visible the whole path (like \\server01\profiles$\username). Is there any way to make it map the home drive (like to the H: drive letter) to their path at \\server01\profiles$\%username% but not show the full server name in the mapping? I think the only way around this in the meantime

Mandatory fields for closing request
Hi, after the update to the latest version (from 9207 to 9215) I can't close the requests. I fill in all the mandatory fields, I save all the changes, and then when I try to set the status from 'Open' to 'Close' it comes out the pop-up you can find in the attached file. Service stopped after 5 minutes
There is a problem with the application. After starting the service works for 5-6 minutes and there is a stop. The logs sleyuy see this: The Password Manager Pro service terminated with the following service-specific error: %% 4294967295 This problem appeared today. With what may be due Danae problem. Looked at in similar theme, there was napiso do so: Kill the postgres processes that are running in task manager. Remove / Rename the <PMP-Home> / logs folder. Navigate to services console.
File Monitor Does Not Create Alamrs
Hello, I would like to setup OpManager to monitor several backup file logs by using the file monitors. I would like for them to notify us when a backup log indicates that it has detected an error, or a warning. I believe I will need at minimum - two file monitors per system to complete this. While this seems very straight forward and simple - I have not been able to complete this today and its been driving me crazy. The backup files when generated are .xml files. I'm not sure if the "File monitor"
Not all VMs being monitored
I have a new install of VM Manager Plus. It discovered the vcenter server and everything seems to be working except not all of the VMs are being monitored. In the vcenter section my server says that there are 18 total VMs and 8 monitored VMs. Most of the missing VMs are powered on and listed in the virtual machine list under the vcenter server but there is no status on them and I can't select them. Also they don't show up in the dashboard summary. How do I get all of the VMs to be monitored? Thanks.

Assets - additional fields visibility
Guys, Don't get me wrong, i love all the new announced functionality and additions... some are more needed then others... but i think the CMDB needs a bit more love. If i add a additional field for assets, it is visible for ALL assets. Let me give a practical example. Can't view ADM in browser after moving to new server
I've followed the instructions on moving my installation of ADManager Plus (latest version) to a new server. It is working as normal on that server, but I can't connect from a browser on my local network outside of that server. I've also installed the ADMP service and verified that it's running. Any ideas as to why I can't view it?
Can not login with Administrator profile

Unable to Merge Tickets
Since upgrading to version 9223 I'm unable to merge tickets. I can tick the boxes, click merge and get the message notifying me that the tickets will be merged to the top ticket, the screen refreshes and nothing happens. I have tried on a number of browsers with a number of different technicians and it won't do it. This is just one of several problems I've faced with this update.
Requests tab - Custom view error
On trying to customize view under requests tab, we face an issue. We try to select all groups & criteria = P1. On doing so, few of the groups gets deselected automatically under the "Group" "is" field while customizing. Appreciate your help!

I don't understand why Contract Type is not available as a Field in the chooser or as a filter when running contract reports. It is a standard "out of the box" field from Service Desk. Without that option, I get repeated requests from the Contracts team requiring me to run custom query reports. Is it a feature on the Roadmap?
