Dear All,
Our requesters need to acknowledge when his/her incident is closed.
So far I am getting only a confirmation message to the technician whether the user has acknowledged or not.
Whether the technician clicks yes or no, the incident can still be closed.
Is it possible to force the requester to acknowledge the closure of an incident before same can be closed? That is a technician cannot close an incident unless the requester has acknowledged closure?
