Exchange Transport Shadow Queue

Exchange Transport Shadow Queue

Can anyone tell me if the monitor for "External Aggregate Delivery Queue Length All Queues" includes stats from the Shadow Queue on Exchange 2013?  I've searched but am unable to find a breakdown of the data for this monitor.
