Cannot restore data after changing database in SDP v9425
I'm trying to convert my database from postgres to SQL. I've followed the instructions found here (https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/faq-general-modules.html), but I am having issues at Step 6 Restore Data. When I try to restore from the backup, I am prompted for a password. I have tried all of my documented passwords, including the Master Password created in Step 4. Hi, After the Build 9424 update of ServiceDesk, I can't reconnect the database with Analytics Plus. Things I've tried: - Remove synchronization completely from ServiceDesk/Analytics and reconfigure it from scratch. - Synchronize a smaller portion of data. - Fix ATKey Error Nothing has worked, I'm attaching the error message: Please your support. 9425 skip log in prompt
Since upgrading to 9425 we are periodically getting the log in prompt where as we had the single sign on implemented prior. Do we need to do anything in the new version? it doesn't happen all the time. Any hints are appreciated. Thanks
ServiceDesk Plus will not open in a browser
I have been running the trial version of ServiceDesk plus, it expired. I was told that in order to downgrade to Standard (Free version)and continue I would have to reinstall from scratch. I ended up doing that. I uninstalled the Enterprise trial version I had and installed Standard. Now, Standard won't open in a browser. DC says OneDrive is installed on machine but its not listed as installed on machine
Hello, due to it-policy I wanted to remove MS OneDrive from all workstations. On some workstations DC reports the uninstall failed but when I look at the list of installed software in the control center of windows OneDrive is not listed as installed. How do I remove these false entries from DC? All workstations are fully patched Windows 7 machines.
Opmanager - Firewall Interfaces - Rx showing 100% utilization
hello, I was wondering if someone could help me identify an issue where in Opmanager, my firewall interfaces are always reporting 100% utilization on the receive connector (Rx). I know this is not accurate as some of the interfaces show thousands of Gigs coming in. I'm thinking this is a misconfiguration or a bug.
Business View Problems
Has anyone else noticed problems with business views? I have used the Rule Engine to send devices with specific IP address (defined by regular expressions) to different business views when they are discovered. This seems to work initially, but after reviewing the groups I noticed a few things. The List view and Dashboard views both show additional systems listed in many of the Business Views. The Map View and the Sidebar which display the number of systems in a view seem to be working correctly.

After installing Build 10.0.321 the USB-Secure Configuration block USB-Mouse. No configuration changes were made since the last month. The configuration for the mouse is on unblocking. The mouse does`'t work. If I set all types to unblock the mouse is working. Does anybody have the same Problem.

Is there a way to make a custom Application Monitoring template that is made up of services, processes and other performance monitors that can be applied to a group of servers? I see Application Monitors but I can't seem to modify or make new ones. Is there a way to make a "Service Monitoring Template" that can be applied to a group of servers?
Problem with ChangeDBServer.bat
I need to change the Database name as per company naming convention. When I run ChangeDBServer.bat I am able to modify the information. I am in the process of setting up High Availability and was able to get to the last step - starting up the secondary server. Mac Tray icon and submit ticket window
I'm testing the usage of the desktop central tray icon in regards to working with enabling users to submit their own support tickets and I've noticed that on the mac client when you start typing in the description box the return/enter key does not work as expected. In the windows client it moves to a new line as expected. On the mac client it actually classed that key press as a "submit" button and sends the ticket. So the end user is basically limited to one line of text and this isn't really usable

A requester or technician is unable to self approve using python script
I have a trigger to call a python script that pull an e-mail address from an additional field on an incident template and adds the email address to the approvals list This in general works really well except if the logged in technician or requester completing the incident request and also enters their own email address into the additional field (this does occasionally happen when the person completing the incident in also a Line manager with approval), the request is created but there is no approval
ServiceDeskPlus request assignment
When a request is assigned to a group instead of a technician, it is still listed as Unassigned. This is not logical. If you give me an option to assign it to a group, and if I chose that option that request "is assigned".
Server 2016 not reporting missing updates in Desktop Central
We have several (~30) Server 2016 machines at this point and it seems Desktop Central is not reporting the updates correctly. I can see some updates for 2016 under available patches, but none show up under applicable and none show up as missing on any of my servers in the software. However if i log into the servers and check for updates there are updates that it downloads and installs. I have updated the patch database, rescanned for patches on the servers but none of the updates show as available

Sending Notification Failed
For some reason we have been receiving the "Sending Notification Failed" message. We have created a folder call fix with "MailProcessor.fjar" file and restarted SDME service but still receiving message when try to reply to tickets. Deleted unmanaged monitor still showing under monitors
I have two unmanaged monitors that had been deleted. I'm able to delete these and it won't show anymore under Monitors (good). However, after a few minutes these show up again under Monitors >> Unmanaged. How do I remove these for good? Thanks!
