Dear Team, We have recently upgraded service desk from 9305 to 9326. Earlier when we entered a list of items in the worklog it was displayed as a list, however, after the upgrade it seems to be converting lists to paragraphs. This makes it harder to read.

Non-existent app updates
The Android ME MDM app constantly lists updates for a some of our apps. If a user tries to update the app they are told that no updates are available. All of the apps have the most recent version approved in the Play Store. The affected apps are: Skype for Business Google PDF Viewer Google Docs Gmail Google Sheets Google Chrome This does not affect functionality but it does generate questions from users about their phone not updating properly.

unable to start service desk
originally i had an issue where the import from active directory was not working. I found on the support site to edit file general-securityaccess and add null to the line after restarting the service desk it no longer worked. I put the file back to original settings and same issue i then thought by upgrading to the latest version might resolve the issue but i still have the same issue please could someone help? i have tried all the support ideas i can find on here and its not working. i have tried

I had an issue installing the v10 SP1 update. IT essentially killed my installation, I have rolled back and recovered my data, I am now trying to install the udate again and I am now getting the error "Service Pack is already installed" I am currently running 10021.

Hello! I'm trying to create a script to create a ticket automatically and am just testing it out to figure out how this API call works. I have some working API calls to get tickets, but this one seems to be giving me trouble in passing the input_data over. I'm currently doing it over the url (encoded) with an example. I've also tried sending it over the -body parameter in Invoke-WebRequest, but that was also not working properly. Am I passing the input data over incorrectly or am I just missing something

I have a brand new install of ADSSP. There is nothing else installed on the server. I have managed to get it to load, and install it as a service. When i try to load the console on the server or remotely the page authorization.do shows the error Sorry,the page you requested was not found. Back | Sign Out. Most of the fixes i have seen for this related to builds from 6+ years ago and I am not sure if the steps still work, But if they do, i added 8443 as an SSL handler and it gave me a protocol error.

NCM Plugin Fail Backup TFTP No route to host

TFTP put operation failed:No route to host the error is because in this switch vrf is not configured with default name but with "custom" name. where can I change it? Static IP for wifi profiles
Hi there, I'm trying to push out a wifi profile to some Android tablets, which is just a simple WPA2-PSK network. The Android device gets the profile and authenticating to the wifi network works fine but for some reason it's getting set with a static IP in the 192.168.1.0/24 range (192.168.1.100) when I want DHCP so the device gets an IP automatically. I can't see settings in the profile that let me define IP settings for a given wifi network. Has anyone else had this issue and know a work around?

NodeJS Updates not deployed
Hi, our environment contains 4 machines running NodeJS 10.x but DesktopCentral seems to not recognize NodeJS is installed on these systems because updates to NodeJS don't apear in missing patches view.

The $SenderName field is available to be inserted into Canned Responses but when you reply to a ticket and insert a canned response the $SenderName variable shows up as 'NULL' in the email.

I would like to show you an environment/configuration question I have PMP and OPManager in HA installed, this is the environment: 1 VM PMP 1 VM OPmanager 1 physical Machine with PMP and OpManager installed Physical machine have 2 virtual interface with different ip and different VLAN. 1 VLAN for PMP and 1 VLAN for OPManager Is it possible to configure OPManager run on physical Machine to have TCP Communication and listening port only to one of those virtual interface?
SSO not working
We are trying to setup Active directory Pass-through authentication (SSO) http://kbase.zohocorp.com/kbase/ServiceDeskPlus/TroubleShooting/file_100009.html . However, it does not seem to be working. We still see the login screen(Same result in IE, Chrome or firefox) see that the computer account has been created in database and Active directory-> Computers. Superseded Patch Removal
Good morning! I am having a problem where superseded patches are showing up I am running PM+, Build Version:10.0.347, and have patches listed under my Missing Patches section that are considered superseded and hence are disabled and greyed out. Due to this, I am unable to select it to Decline Patch and remove it from my list. Can you please advise how to remove superseded patches so they're not considered missing?

New self service page
is there any way to hide the user profile picture for all users as well as the manager and reports to fields. We do not use profile pictures and people will just complain that it is blank. We also use the those fields for technical things so they do not always show what users expect.
PDF Viewer
We were happy to read the release notes for 10507 and see the attachment viewer window finally had PDF support; so we updated this week to 10510. In chrome though, it doesn't seem to work and the readme doesn't have much for details. From what I understand, chrome has a built-in viewer, so how do I get this to work?
Stop response due by date with workflow
Greetings everyone, I am using service desk plus on Demand and I was wondering, if there is any possibility to stop the response due by date using the workflow. We send automatic mails out of the workflow by going through it. Normally a mail sent out of a ticket will stop the due date, however the same does not go with mails sent by the system out of the workflow. Is there any possibility to achieve this or to for example stop the response due date with a ticket-state? Thank you very much!
