Dear Team,

I User the SupportCenter Plus version is 8.1 (build number 8113)

And here is my issue:

1． I type the Chinese user name in AC manager, but show the character ? ? ? ? while I saved.

2． How can I alert the contact while the request is closed by SMS?

How can I resolved? Thanks!
