Patch Scan timeouts only on systems with 'WinBuildVer:18362 - Windows Server version 1903'
Hi Team,
I'm just setting up a new installation of DescktopCentral 10.0.430, everything works fine excluding for Patch Scans on any Windows system running 'Windows Server version 1903 Datacenter Semi-Annual Channel (core installation) Edition (x64)' or 'Windows Server version 1903 Standard Semi-Annual Channel (core installation) Edition (x64)' both being Windows Build#18362 . All systems are on the local LAN subnet.
I have followed all your tips for the timeout issue, UNC, LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy, UAC, Ping, Creds, Workstation&TCPIP NetBIOS Helper Services, Re-Install Agent, Disable Windows Firewall and also a few other tips I found elsewhere like; Allow DCOM, Network Security:LAN Manager authentication level to Send LM & NTLM responses and ' but i've run out of things to try to get these PC's to work.
I'm now thinking there is a issue with patch scanning on Windows Build#18362 as the issue is exclusively on that Windows Build and affecting seven different Servers with the same win build. All older Windows builds work fine and Inventory Scanning work fine on the servers that won't patch scan.
From what I can tell by the endpoint agent logs, they are receiving the command to PatchScan sucessfully as I can see that in the dcondemandaccess.log but I believe the issue is with the data being returned to the DesktopCentral Server as I can see this in the dcondemandrequest.log
