Report Error on Run
We're running into an issue with specific reports when using the Scheduled Start Time variable. We reported it already (Ticket #: 5919930) but have not received a response yet. If I removed the Scheduled Start time from the report, it runs. If I add the variable and try again I get a "Sorry an error has occurred" message.
Change permissions after upgrade
We recently upgraded to 10.0 Build 10013 IT Technicians used to be able to edit changes during the planning stage (and probably other stages) of changes. Now, once the change leaves the submission stage, the edit button disappears. Is there a way to make the edit button show up for technicians again? [RHEL 8] Upgrade to 10500 fails, and service autostart fails
Service auto-start fail: Followed the instructions here. When I reboot my server this is what I see upon running "Service status servicedesk" and the site is not accessible however the service shows as "active" status. Hello, I'm trying update my servicedesk to the last version for migrate it to a new server. I could apply the patch to update from 9117 to 9121 without problems. Good Day If I forward a Message from one of our customers, the message template "Forwarding a Request" is used. If I want to forward a Message, which I have written myself, no specific template is used. Fwd is added at the beginning of the subject but nothing else. How can I configure this specific template? Hi I am using the free version of Desktop Central build 10.0.469 and when installing the agent remotely or locally on a desktop with Windows 10 Pro for Workstation build 1909 just installed this gives an error UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP and restarts again and again But in windows 10 1903 this does not happen? regards
Automation Policy delayed Tasks not working [SOLVED]
Good Morning, I've made an Automation Policy that should run two tasks (Disable User, move to different OU) immediately and 3 tasks after 1 hour: - Remove Groups, - Move to different OU - Run Script. it runs everyday at XX:XX, but when it runs, it just execute the immediate task and closes the request that creates, if I check into the request it show the delayed Tasks as "yet to run" and the right time it should have run them, but it never does (i've waited several hours). When I am using ServIce Desk Plus, i am attempting to add a work log by copying an email from the conversation. When doing this, The line spacing is being trippled. This doesnt happen if there are no line breaks in the copied message however if the line is broken once, it is pasted with 3 line breaks.

Greetings, We have 11.0 Build 11002+PGSQL. SD works with Exchange 2013 on EWS. Issue is: When user send to mail message SD with a *.msg attachment it converts to forward message. It's very uncomfortable because we need to check headers of mail messages.

Hide Unassigned tickets from staff not in support Groups
Hi We are having a bit of frustration with unassigned tickets that are not in the same support groups from other people. We only want to show unassigned tickets to those staff in the support groups that the ticket is in. We use business logic to send tickets to various support groups, but everyone can see them until they are picked up. Is this possible?
Deploying Office 2019 but need Office 2016 removed first.
Office 2019 along with Visio & Project 2019 cannot be deployed if the 2016 or any prior versions of Office is still installed. Including the command <RemoveMSI /> or <RemoveMSI All="True" /> to the config.xml file as stated by Microsoft to remove the older versions during installation is there but it does not remove prior versions office/visio/project. What other means is there to upgrade the users to Office 2019 that successfully removes the older versions of Office?

Hello, i have many technician that complain it is annoying to reach task list. technician's work in team and the filter they use is a custom filter of all task for their groups all pending. so, to go that list they have to click on home, then in the dashboard widget on show all task or going in the menu and select all task in that menu. for all others there is one click but task. I'v also being ask to change the dashboard of my task to the filter they use in task list. is there a way i can achieve

Email notification not worikng when created ticket
Hello, We have this problem. When a ticket is created, technicians or sequesters don't receive a mail notification for this. The only way it is working is when requester creates a ticket and they reply to it, then the requester who created the ticket receives a notifications only for the reply not for the created a ticket. When we stop/start the ServiceDesk service the mail notifications are starting to work again, but the mails who arrive are from past days and this stops working after about 10-20

Tab order in the "New incident" form does not include the recently modified "Site" and "Technician" fields
These two fields were modified in a recent update. Prior to the update, when on the "Department" field, pressing tab would put the focus on the "Site" field, then on the "Technician" field, and then on the "Category" field. Now the two affected fields are skipped, going from "Department" to "Category" directly. And if you cycle the full tab order of the form, the two fields are never touched. Please review and solve this. It is just renumbering the tab order, this task should not take a developer

Query Report Error with CONCAT function with date parts
I'm working on a query report, and I'd like to have the 'YEAR-MONTH' that the ticket was created. I'm using the datediff function to convert to a date format, because the format of the date fields are not compatible with SQL Server. I have the year and month in the query individually and they compile without issue, but when I use the concat function to put them together, I get an error with the datediff function in the reporting tool. This works in SSMS, so I don't understand the root of this error.

But when I go to CMDB section and add used by relationship to my keyboard, SDP doesn't change my keyboard Asset State to In Use. Trying to run teh database configuration to set up the database for SQl server I run the batch file, put in the necessary information, but the command window stays open, and nothing looks like it is happening. Major error: After Update 11102 ALL custom report dont work. Problem with Russian characters in Name fields. On ver. 11100 and 11101 is working. Update 11103 dont fix this problem. Minor error: Find (selection field, example Requester in Quick Create New Incident) case sensitive for russian characters. Aaa and aaa - different words. On old version worked normal.
Adding a Monitor of SAP Hana Database do not working
Hi, I want to add a monitor of SAP Hana Database but when I put all the data on the target of AppManager and click on Test Credential and do not show a message like Passed is in blank and the monitor was not added.
